Pop has always been an important performance component of any board particularly with Freestyle riding and the Torque again excels in this area, the flex is not only controlled laterally along the board but also from the tip heel to toe edge. This means that not the entire tail is flexing, but specifically, only the part of the board in the water. So whether riding on your heel or toe edge this board significantly aids pop and will assist any Freestyle rider in launching higher and more accurately to complete a manoeuvre. Board construction is made up of Low drag co-efficient shark skin – the same technology used by top swimmers swim suits; these are Vacuum laminated with Epoxy resins and twill weave fibreglass onto the Herex core. Herex is a Swiss product and despite its cost as a raw material in comparison to other core material options (wood, honeycomb etc.) Airtool swears by the use of it as it's quite simply the best core for kiteboard application. All boards are fitted with high end components, G10 fins, removable and adjustable footpads and footstraps.
