1.Does the beginner’s course take place all year round?

Yes our lessons take place all year round.

2.Can I just arrive at any time and start with the beginner’s course?

No one must make a booking which is done online on the beginner’s course page.

3.Can I start with my beginner’s course on any day?

No the beginners course will start on each Wednesday.

4.Where does the beginner’s course take place?

Our beginner’s course takes place in Centurion.

5.I can fly a foil kite do I still have to do the beginners course?

Yes one must still to the beginners course as there is a lot of theory that goes with kiting and one must also learn how to rig the inflatable kites.

6.Why do you not do the kite rigging and foil kite flying at the water when there is wind?

As our wind does not blow as frequently as the coastal regions we like to make the most out of the windy days and would rather be teaching you the next phase of your training in the water with the inflatable kites than be on the land for the day flying a foil kite.

7.Will we get to fly the inflatable kites at the beginner’s course?

The inflatable kites are much larger in size and generate a lot more power than the foil kites, so there is a much larger risk flying them on the land so one will only get to fly the inflatable kites once at the water.

8.What must I bring for my lessons?

We will provide all the gear so all you need is a packed lunch, fresh water and sunscreen.

9.Is there an age limit to kitesurfing?

No there is no age limit to kitesurfing but anyone who is under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent.
